For my recent birthday I got some Fortnums Welsh Rarebit. Absolutely yum but stupidly expensive. So I found the recipe. https://www.fortnumandmason.com/stories/rarebit-recipe Made it a few times and no need for the egg, and the Guinness you can swap for any beer. Don’t skimp on the Wooster though.
