All going on One of my renters, agent couldn't contact the tenant so visited a couple of times, opened up and decided it had been abandoned. Cleared with council to change locks, clear out and relet so bods in there decorating, etc Went there today to have a look and get a spare key. They say they've had a big Romanian guy round there threatening to stab em all and kill em. Previous tenant was black woman, not Romanian. So I leave, and am driving home and I get a call from a very well spoken female who claims to be the partner of the tenant (who is in jail she says) wanting her stuff out. The stuff is in bin liners in the gaf. What to do now then eh?
