This site uses 'classic' ASP, rather than the modern .NET ASP. Many (most?) modern Windows hosting packages don't offer 'classic' ASP, although it is still a configurable option for IIS. A Windows VPS would obviously allow you to install 'classic' ASP, but you have to pay £££ for a valid server OS and SQL Server licences. Linux VPSs are very cheap and AxonASP should allow you to run your site code unmodified, apart from the DB connection configuration. I am testing it at the moment.
