I had one like that a while back. Some Indian with a scam. I asked him to explain more, then claimed I had to go to the loo would he hang on, then asked for more details, then after about 20 minutes told him the call had cost hin £100 plus and told him to fcuk off. Calls to my UK phone when I am in BVI cost £6 per minute.
