Total Cunt. The shower backed up, there was no sewage , fixed in 30 minutes. We offered to upgrade his room but he didn’t want that. Someone gave the wrong room number at the spa , and his room got charged. We refunded it immediately but they also charged $19 for a snack to his room which we didn’t realise so he got that later. He had all the money back by the time he wrote that. He wants attention or blackmail.
