Burning reflective windows, all pics taken 45+/- minutes ago. In mid summer the heat is far more intense. I'm surrounded on three sides by entitled dinkies (double income no kids) under 30. All moved in after me. Unbelievable. He's telling me on his doorstep, I work in construction, I'm a manager,.. he knows what's what, tells me the windows are standard, tells me I've already moaned about their bare light bulbs, their lack of curtains, the colour (reflective white) of the house. I say ?? I only mentioned the high powered bare light bulb issue as it shines straight through my front door to the kitchen, a direct line of sight 30 meters away! ... it's true I've no desire to see you eating your dinner, and you put a big fence up the other side but this side?? no curtains, nothing, but I haven't made any issue about that. This window thing though, this a real problem. I tell him I'm 61, i've worked (in) construction and that the glass he specified contains aluminium (or whatever) to reflect sunlight and assure him they're not 'standard' glass that he claims they are. He tells me they may be causing problems, but .... well,... that's just tough Shit really. I get the address of the supplier and fitter (once he's asked her if he can give it to me), he gives it verbally, 'Cortez', Saint Julien, a village 10 miles away. Whatever happens I'm tired of living here with this bull%&!*@. One neighbour who thinks she has her own private jungle that overhangs my garden, blocks my view of the west, destroys walls and the shed roof, her dad who runs around after her like the demanding princess she is (lawyer) doesn't speak to me. I went round there once to mention .. trees most likely, and her mother said, 'don't invite him in!!' maybe thinking I couldn't hear or speak french. The pair of yuppie twats to the right, moaning about my cats or whatever else they have to moan about. (going back to 2021) front door, even with strong anti reflective film on glass
