Taking photos and video of someone without their consent is not something 'you must not do'. ie, it is allowed!!! It's what we do. It's why there are youtube channels with auditors, it's why people wander around with video cameras 'vlogging', it's why you see families using video* cameras [iPhone17sPros, surely? ed] in themeparks as their children come down the slide and also in the queue to go on it again.
