Loads of trouble… was 30 miles from house when noticed wipers were going slowly and the battery light came on. Gradually the wipers got slower and slower as I headed for home. Turned everything off but when the gauges went blank I had to admit defeat and find somewhere to stop. So parked at best chippy locally and got Hamstress to come and we charged my battery from hers and then I managed the last 10 miles back to the garage round the corner. Obviously summat wrong with alternator but beyond my mechanical skills to figure out so left it with them.
