I watched "all the president's Men', again, last night. there's no way the sub-editor would have run with this heading "More than 100 million Americans under weather warning as cold blast sends temperatures plunging up to 30 degrees" What does it even mean?? Plunging up to?? from where, the norm? so.. in other words it's 30 deg F, or C?? colder than 'normal'. Very clumsily written. Vote Nixon!
