Not clear that, yet. If your an Andorran citizen, you're exempt but there hasn't been anything agreed for residents so far. Personally couldn't give a Fuck although I do travel with copies of the Andorran legal agreements with Spain and France just to be on the safe side. I'll also avoid travelling though France for a bit because French officials are often proper little Shits whilst Spanish ones are lazy Cunts who usually can't be arsed. Probably travelling in next week for the first time since ESS thing started so I'll keep you updated.
