Jesus, no wonder we're skint Maddy Alexander Grout, a self-employed ADHD coach, runs an online account about living with the disability. She claimed to have received £13,000 through the Access to Work scheme after applying for help with her ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. (not much going for her really) Her grant rose to £56,000 the following year after she received a formal autism diagnosis. That was spent on two part-time assistants, one “managing her diary” as a personal assistant and another providing “technical support”. Alexander-Grout now coaches others on how they can get grants from the DWP, describing herself as a “salesperson” So we spent £65k for her to achieve £120k revenue (i expect the 65k is included) from advising people how to gclaim the same benefits?
