What's that bulgarian squat jon, where you lunge forward right.
the Asian squat where you sit on your haunches is an exercise I conquered and manage to sit on my haunches whenever I want (beer guts do not help if you have one) but since I made that on white horses (foal) video and I tried running a bit... i've had some real knee issues.
I begain to take volterin (which is an anti-inflamation pill) on Tuesday. Before that I just 'ran with it' but eventually caved in and took the anti-immflamatories (i've got this idea you shouldn't fight inflamation as it's the bodies way of healing. I instead took the ice out the freezer, tipped the cubes into a washing up bowl with some cold water it in, and then when water nicely chilled wrapped a cloth around my knee.

I could on, the other cause of my recent inflaation is the result of my exercises and attempts (quite successful) to straighten my left leg. This includes lotus position (stretch to inner thighs) ankle rotations, lower back work.

Posture now better, legs straighter, but omlette, break eggs, suffer with the .. cough,.. short term inflamation etc.

Also, bakers cyst, swelling behind the knee (aka water on the knee) had that for years, not as bad now, but come back with recent work outs (plus the short bit of running)

For me working on stilts ... plastering 2002, 2005. Not GOOD FOR THE KNEES !!!

FTD I will look into your link and problem.
