I don't mind them filming when the pub's shut (need a controlled environment somewhat) and I don't mind

them doing a light-hearted routine about pub grub snacks and where they should appear on a scale of goodness, I do however object to two people who are going to be the figureheads of delivery of life and or death outcomes in our uncertain future.

THanks to xyz (Israel, the EU structure, er Team AMerica, and the CIty of London) we are facing an odd future.

We are in the process of being told we must do more to stop the planet changing too much. Even though CHyna's co2 emmission increases this year are greater than the combined EU output still the EU must do more to reduce it's emissions. THis at the same time as teh Monaco GP is allowed to exist, boats bigger than the Blackpool tower is tall are allowed to be sold, Amazon and Ebay are allowed to sell tat no one needs and private jets like Hampster Airlines are flourishing.

In fact Hampster Airlines, [HUMP] a leading light in the fight to reduce our carbon footprint and save the planet by proving more flight services to second homes in the country have joined forces with AGA to produce a cooker you can control with wifi direct from your electric car. THis means the lamb joint can be ready to eat when the family arrive from the airport via the electric car while streaming Netflixs Disney+ to the kiddies in the back.

What's this got to do with Vic & Bob Burnem?

They will not be involved in any of it as it's 'not their brief' to actually do anything to change the status quo. Their jobs/briefs are, get money into defence sector, build houses, create work for wimim in pink baby grow suits, sell more tortoise shell glasses and hair gel.

And if that sounds improbable the reality may be even more ridiculous.

IN fact we do in fact live in a totally 100% ridiculous world. (as oft stated on here) AI advancements towards some kind of future nightmare apocalyptic nightmare side by side with many gods, some good, some bad, some absolute %&!*@ers, but all must be respected and obeyed.

It's as if on one hand we've made zero actual progress from the times of ancient Greece. The name's of the gods change, but the importance remains the same ... until it doesn't and we need to make sure we know where you were last night and what you said and bought and who you were with and why. Future shock meets same old same old. EVerything must change for us, not so much for them.
