Belgium pm not happy about peace deal as he's already spent the money confiscated from russia, you know instead of safeguargind it. Going on 'defence spending', that's what I heard anyway. I'm so knackered I can't read that article. Need it dictated by a robot. ANyway Belgium, Brussels, spent all the russian cash they were just supposed to confiscate, = they don't want war ending any time soon.
