there was a scuffle and the thieves bag got ripped!! end of story. It's a ridiculous decision to fire a man who has worked there for 17 years and stepped in to stop a thief. Yet you think the guy is making up events .... and presumably deserves to be fired. Well... that's just typical I'd like to see gangs of hooded thieves remocing stuff from your shed as police stand by and say, 'just let them be'. And then maybe you sent to jail for calling them a bunch of banana boat scum tea leaves.
