doesn't really change so rapidly now as far as mobiles are concerned but the problem with buying 2nd hand (not that i would personally) is you're almost certainly going to have battery problems especially if it's 3 yrs or more old and they're not always replaceable these days it's 'xiaomi' btw and yes they are superb...i have the redmi note 13 pro+ 5g which was under £300
