Second pic (green dining room) was my office. Went way over budget but is doing well on weddings etc as it ticks a lot of boxes with decent caterers and loads of outdoor spaces. All paid for out of a legacy, chap left his Basingstoke farm to Skinners and the majority is now new housing estates. Nice to be involved in.
