So me and a pal are in the mountains recently. There's a makeshift bar in a building at the entrance to the village. He's German and though not a heavy drinker will drink at any time of day or night. Distills his own decent grappa from figs and date liqueurs. We stop and go in. Mohammad says he can't serve us beers as it is Ramadan. Pal explains that we're Christian so it doesn't matter. Owner explains that it is just as bad for him simply handling it. OK we say. As we're leaving Mohammed looks around furtively before piping up ' Cocaine?' Ffs ! 😂
