Need that outlet indeed. He could incorporate one into the design of the other villas. Would work ok in a hurricane situation also as pressure would be equalised, but always seek independent building advice from a seasoned island builder before going ahead with any design. At the very least it should be made to be isolated. ie closed. In Pennsylvania the amish just leave theres open as hurricanes are less frequent. How do you open that, from the terrace? Manually, winder? (not electric)
