Left knee locked. Caused by pelvis. I knew it I knew it. Learning to walk again. Guy doesn't go into any detail about exercise but that's to be found elsewhere, here you see the mechanics, although there's no mike .. well there is a mic but not one that also plays guitar with genesis. Next! (I've intuitively been working on this : pelvis (learning how to walk right) and my ankles feet and toes. Getting pain in different areas than before! ie outside of knee, like you been having. Everything is related from toe to ankle to knee to pelvis to brain [head surely? ed] Will I succeed? honestly I don't know, there's been a lot of damage done over 15 years. when I get up I can't walk, (put any weight on the knee) but after 15 minutes it gets easier. Fleas not helping but should have killed them in the next few weeks. So far I\ve put about 2000 to death, individually. But due to them I'm not currently able to lay on the floor to stretch. (I can trap them on my legs, but if they get in your hair, forget it.) re TV, don't currently have one up and running. No tv box, no digital arial. Tried to get M6 coverage, but after a lot of fukcing about and giving up my email etc all I got when I tried to click on a match was, your browser won't play this highlight reel video. Fking ridiculous.
