Drove thru Salonika yesterday, on the ring road. They’re completely updating it, not closed at all and
still an “interesting” challenge not to be crashed into (very narrow twisting lanes). I reckon I saw over 10,000 blokes working on it, hundreds of cranes etc. and they were all working too, not standing about looking at a hole. Must be some serious EU dosh involved!
