I once moved to Guernsey to set up a company doing the admin for all the PLCs he was investing in there. Decided against it as would have been 100% based there, and it’s like living in a Cornish village. And Hamstress wasn’t having it either. Probably a good decision though I’d have been CFO with a decent equity slug.
