Looks a lot like Russia has won already. Territorially and politically: USA is bailing, hence the NABU took out Yermak. Zelensky is now isolated and there is a growing rift between USA / EU. Stark choice now for Europe is either fighting with their own troops,, Otherwise own the huge mess they have inflicted on their economies by supporting Ukraine. Facing the music won't be pretty for EU.
