My student's wife changes her glasses like I change my underpants, at least every 6 months. Mainly all paid for by the fking state!!!!!! (her assurance (insurance) pays the rest.)
Teeth I would argue, far more important that eye fashion.
My future could be in the hotel business, (ie this house is a gite/b&B etc) enterprise to survive, but battling against the stazi-like state is an increasing all-round problem.
