If they still have stamps by then they probably will but the stamp will have no legal status at that point.
You might be advised to priont out the legals and carry it with you while travelling though lest you encounter a Shitty little Mussolini type who likes to make it up as he goes along. Get that occasionally at the French border. Trying to insist on seeing a return ticket when none is actually required and so on.
No 1 son was held up for an hour once.
And another Cunt tried to refuse to stamp the missus and no 2 sons passports as they didn’t have return tickets, until I got the legislation out in French and waved it at him. Then he stamped it. Wankers.
Now if entering through France we don’t stop. Just drive in and out through Spain the next day and where they just stamp it no questions (up till now)
